There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC. The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit. You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail.

PRINTING FORMS
Forms may be printed using computers at any Hennepin County Library location. The cost is .10 per page.
ELECTRONIC FILING
Electronic filing may be completed using a personal computer and Internet access. Please note that while e-filing may be done at Hennepin County Library workstations, the process may take over an hour to complete, and time limits may apply. Library staff can assist in getting started but are not qualified to assist with filing or to offer legal advice.
Users should also be aware that library PCs are configured to be public access machines and not personal computers. For that reason, Hennepin County Library clearly states that it is not responsible for any liability that may occur as a result of the disclosure of financial or other personal information over the system.
