Images are available either as electronic image files (TIFF 300dpi) or as photo-quality prints on 8 1/2 x 11 inch glossy or photoluster paper. For other print sizes or formats contact INFORM.

The fee schedule for obtaining electronic images or prints of Minneapolis Photo Collection photos is as follows:

$15.00 per image file for 1-3 images
$12.50 per image file for 4-7 images
$10.00 per image file for 8-12 images
$7.50 per image file for 13 or more images

Add $2.00 per image for print orders.

Electronic files may be emailed, but we recommend copying files to CD-ROM.

CD-ROM or print orders may be mailed or picked up at no additional charge. Local courier or overnight express delivery also available at cost.

When photographic reproductions, including video, from the Special Collections Department appear, the department requests the courtesy of a credit line. The credit line should identify the material by listing first the Minneapolis Public Library, then the name of the specific collection used, such as:

Minneapolis Public Library, Minneapolis Collection

The department may be able to supply other information about the photo or material.
