This is an archive of documents related to meetings of the Library Board of Trustees.

Agenda and Attachments contain the Agenda for each meeting, plus documents attached to the agenda. Agendas are usually posted two days before the meeting.

Actions Taken is a summary of official actions taken by the Board, excepting votes on agendas, minutes, and acceptance of gifts. Actions Taken is usually posted the morning after each meeting.

Official Minutes are posted when the Board votes to accept them as final, usually after the following meeting. (This means that Official Minutes are usually posted two weeks after each meeting.)

Public Participation is a summary of statements made by the public to the Board during each meeting (beginning February, 2004).

Some attached documents may not be available online if they were not originally distributed electronically. Many older documents may also be available in the Administration offices. Contact Ryan Curry if you have any questions.
