Minneapolis Public Library: Learning Commons: Jobs and Careers

Welcome to Jobs and Careers

Whether you are looking for a job, changing careers, or just beginning to explore possible occupations, you can find a wealth of information right here in Minneapolis Public Library's Jobs and Careers Center.

Use the books and computers for career exploration and job searching. Write your resume using Microsoft Word or specialized resume software. Research companies with the Library's online databases. Start your job search using recommended websites evaluated by MPL librarians to help you choose the best of the Web. Or search and apply for jobs using the Jobview kiosk, the Star Tribune's database of classified ads.

Most of these features are also available from your home or work computer by going to the Library's website.

Library staff are available and happy to help.
