Overdue Notices by Phone: A New Service
A new service will be available to customers using the Minneapolislibraries on April 1: Overdue Notices by Phone. Customers will receive an automated phone message reminding them about overdue items in a similar fashion to library holds. Customers without a listed email address in their customer accounts won’t have to wait for print notices by mail.
We are pleased to offer this service to help reduce possible overdue fines and speed up the notification process. Replacement bills will continue to be sent via e-mail or regular mail.
If you would prefer to receive all of your notices by e-mail, please visit “My Account” and include your email address in your account.
